How long will it take to receive my order?

This all depends on whether your order has personalized items in it. Typically it takes 3 - 4 business days to create personalized items. Also, the time of year can affect production and shipping times; such as Christmas, Valentine's day and Mother's day. Non personalized items typically ship within 24-48 hours. We make every effort to get every order out as quickly as possible.

I provided an incomplete/wrong address and my order is being returned. What do I do?

If you have any issues with your address, make sure to contact us as soon as possible by sending us an e-mail to orders@willowluna.com so that we can move swiftly to correct the problem. Please note that reshipping the order might incur in shipping costs and in the case a refund is requested a 30% non refundable fee will be taken.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification and/or SMS text from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@willowluna.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
